His child...Einar Jonsson was my great grandfather. His child, Nicholas Wisconsin Johnson was my grandfather whom I grew up with in Antioch California. His son, my father, was Howard Nicholas Johnson. Nicholas taught me how to fix things, treat animals, etc. When I did something he didn't approve of, He'd say "Don't say I didn't warn ya!" He had nick names for my whole family and his was "Pop".
My father told me that Einar died aboard ship on the way back to Iceland during a storm when some cargo got loose in the ships hold and he got crushed trying to secure it.
Nicholas passed away in Antioch, Califonia at home in his own bed. The military let me come home to see him before he passed.Jerry Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08196507161958586827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3337477021734357575.post-72437846349974021782008-11-27T10:45:00.000-07:002008-11-27T10:45:00.000-07:00ME GUSTARIA QUE MIRE MI BLOG http://patagoniacient...ME GUSTARIA QUE MIRE MI BLOG http://patagoniacientifica.blogspot.com/ LE VA A GUSTAR.Seba Brunashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00824513799998197358noreply@blogger.com
